Where can we send request for quotes to?
Please send your requests to [email protected] so we can action it ASAP.
Do you keep stock in your warehouse?
We don’t keep stock at Mondo, but can access stock through our global contacts. Otherwise, we can quote factory lead times if no stock exists.
Do parts come with warranty? 
​All parts supplied are purchased through authorised channels and come with a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.
What if the part needed is obsolete?
If an item is currently discontinued, we can check availability through our global network of suppliers for factory or surplus stock.
Can you provide quotes over the phone?
We are unable to provide quotes over the phone as we don’t hold stock and hence have to contact suppliers to get the current best pricing and availability for you.
What sort of parts are Mondo able to supply?
We are a one-stop-shop for all of your sourcing needs. We have a network of Global suppliers that allows us access to most markets and parts.
Where do you source your goods from?
We source from authorised channels around the globe including Europe, USA, APAC & UK.
Can you ship to locations out of Australia?
Yes, we can ship outside of Australia if required.
